Terms of use
A free tool, provided as-is. Validate the output before you rely on it.

The service
This page is a free utility that converts HL7 v2 messages (and FHIR R4 or claims CSV input) into a FHIR R4 bundle, entirely in your browser. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
No warranty
The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mappings cover common segments and a curated set of clinical concepts; codes outside that set are preserved verbatim and surfaced for review rather than dropped, but the converter does not claim to be an exhaustive or certified HL7-to-FHIR implementation.
Not a medical device; not clinical advice
This tool is a developer and integration utility. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision-support system, and produces no medical advice. Output must not be used to make diagnostic or treatment decisions. Always have a qualified person validate converted data before it is used in any clinical, billing, or production system.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure you are permitted to process any data you paste, and comply with applicable laws and policies (including HIPAA where it applies).
- Independently verify that the FHIR output is correct and complete for your use case before relying on it.
- Review anything the tool flags under “Needs review” — items there are surfaced precisely because they need a human decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zkeleton and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this tool — including any errors in converted output or decisions made based on it. You use the tool at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the tool unlawfully, and don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the hosting infrastructure. The conversion logic itself runs on your device; how you use the output is your responsibility.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
